So later when Rachel and I were telling Eliane about the bow girls coming back to see me. Rachel said, "yah there were a lot of them there." Nani said, "They probably wanted to see the American." We all laugh. Then Nani said that when they were first here the main little girl asked Nani if I lived at this house and Nani said yes. That's an understandable answer because I'm staying for a month. And then the little girl asked if Nani was my bodyguard/translator. And Nani said yes! I can't believe she said that! Oh man. So funny! Nani said she didn't want to ruin it for them. Oh brother. So then Rachel said, "I wonder what they thought I was? The maid?" We all laugh again.
I'm sorry it just makes me laugh that these little kids would actually think that. And it's funny that anyone would want to see me because I'm American. Mostly, I feel stupid that I can't just talk to people myself. So maybe it's funny to me because it's so different from what's going on in my head. I think I'm a loser for not being more prepared to come and they think it's cool. Whatever. I hope Eliane's lies and I made their day. :)

I remember we were at a zoo/park there, and Brett, James & Justin were all wearing sunglasses and dark clothing. There were little boys (like 10 years old) that asked if they were part of the CIA. And, of course they wanted to play along with the story, so they said yes.
That is so funny! Nani, the bodyguard... Aisling, also funny. What a group of guys, right?
