Christmas Vacation - Part 1

Well, my mom and I arrived in Colorado Springs Thursday afternoon, after almost missing our plane (I'll tell you the story later). We were very excited to see Rebecca, but Genna immediately stole our hearts with her charming,

"Hi ha-ee" (Hi Holly) and . . .

"Hi ma ma" (Hi grandma). What a sweetheart!

After going grocery shopping, we went out for hamburgers, fries and, as you can see, some chocolate custard . . .

Too soon it was time for bed. This morning Genna and I picked out an adorable outfit and she let me put a bow in her hair.

After lunch, Genna's shirt was dirty, so being Genna's fashion conscious aunt, we chose a new outfit. This is her model pose.

She had fun looking at herself in the mirror. This face made me laugh. Feeling jealous Genna?

Then we took a picture of me, Rebecca, and my mom in our matching shirts. We are singing in church together on Sunday, so we were at a friend's house practicing.
